All orders are posted via Australia Post or Sendle.

Delivery times will vary based on your location.  For all domestic metro orders please allow one week for delivery.  Regional areas may take up to 2 weeks.  Shipping and delivery times are merely a guideline and in most cases your  order will arrive sooner. We are not responsible for delays in shipping times due to postage service delays or any other delays that stem directly from circumstances out of our control.  We are not liable for any issues that may occur after your order has left our premises and is in the possession of Australia Post or Sendle. We are happy to help if you are experiencing any issues with your parcel through Australia Post or Sendle.

Delivery of items is subject to availability and we will offer a full refund or store credit for any item unexpectedly delayed or unavailable.

Please note that orders that contain multiple items may be sent in separate packages.

Free shipping is available on a wide range of selected products.


Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind.

Faulty Items

We take great pride in the quality of our products, in accordance with Australian Consumer guidelines, Bamboo Baby & Kids will always replace or exchange damaged or faulty items. If you find your item to be faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately or no later than 48 hours so we can evaluate your claim and arrange a suitable replacement or refund. If the item cannot be replaced we will issue you with a full refund.

Please note, bamboo is a natural fabric and slight pilling may occur during initial use.  This will be removed or reduced with washing and drying and is not considered a fault.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received your returned item.  If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If your refund has not been received, please check your bank account then contact your credit card company as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
